About the cocktail lab

I’ve been writing about wine and food for a good twenty years, now, and along the way I got interested in cocktails, by exploring the restaurants and bars of the planet and by experimenting at home with the spirits I brought back home from my trips (or from the SAQ!).  As recipes kept accumulating on Instagram – and thanks to Julien Marchand‘s encouragements – I came to the conclusion that I needed a better catalogue/notebook/place to share them – and a better way to find them.
