1.5 oz Casamigos Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz Vecchio Amaro del Capo
1/2 oz abricotine (eau-de-vie)
juice of 1 mandarin orange
Fentiman’s Rose Lemonade
Cherry as garnish
Add the cracked pepper to the tequila and let it macerate for a few minutes. Put in all the other ingredients, except the lemonade, and shake with ice vigorously.
Put a cherry with a bit of its syrup in the glass, add the cocktail, top with Rose Lemonade to taste.
